The Hibernian Charity Appeal is our primary vehicle for individual members to contribute
to our charity programs. These programs include– Saint Patrick Centre Young
Ambassador Program; Project Saint Patrick; Project Saint Patrick Ireland; Hibernian
Hunger Projects; Hibernian Disaster Relief; and Study Abroad scholarships. Our projects
fulfill our core Hibernian values and enhance our legacy. We are very proud of our
impact in many local communities and the investment in our culture through these
outstanding initiatives.
We thank our Brothers for their consistent contributions which make Charity and Missions so
successful. Our goal is for more members to participate every year and we hope you’ll consider
supporting this effort this year.
We respectfully request your consideration of our Hibernian Charity Appeal with a tax-
deductible donation today! Each gift makes a difference. With your financial support
the Ancient Order of Hibernians will continue to promote our faith, our Irish culture, our
concern for community, and our unwavering aspiration for a free and United Ireland.
If you are subject to a Required Minimum Distribution(RMD) by the IRS, consider a
qualified charitable distribution (QCD) by transferring assets directly from your IRA to a
qualified charity. A QCD can satisfy all or part of your Required Minimum Distribution
(RMD) from your IRA, and you can exclude up to $105,000 of QCDs from your taxable
income per taxpayer in 2024, which can help lower your tax bill and may lower your
cost of Medicare. Hibernian Charity is a Qualified Charity.
Please make all checks payable to “Hibernian Charity” or visit our website
https://secure.qgiv.com/for/hibcha to make a secure online donation today. If paying
through an IRA, the check must be direct from the IRA. If you wish, gifts more than $50
may be directed to a specific charity program of your choosing.
