Subscribe to AOH Calendars

iPhone or iPad

1. Copy the iCal link for the calendar you want to follow.
2. Go to Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account → Other.
3. Select Add Subscribed Calendar.
4. In the Server field, paste the .ics link (it starts with https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/...).
5. Tap Next, name it (e.g., “AOH – History”), and tap Save.
6. Your Calendar app will now show AOH events and update automatically every few hours.

Mac (Desktop)

1. Copy the iCal link for your chosen AOH calendar.
2. Open the Calendar app on your Mac.
3. From the menu bar, select File → New Calendar Subscription.
4. Paste the link and click Subscribe.
5. Set “Auto-refresh” to something like Every hour so it keeps updating.

Outlook on the Web (Office 365 or Outlook.com)

1. Copy the iCal link for the committee calendar you want.
2. Go to Outlook Calendar online.
3. In the left sidebar, click Add calendar → Subscribe from web.
4. Paste the .ics link, give it a name (e.g., “AOH – Veterans Affairs”), and click Import / Subscribe.
5. It will appear under Other calendars and update automatically.

Outlook Desktop App (Windows or Mac)

1. Copy the iCal link for your desired calendar.
2. In Outlook, go to the Calendar view.
3. In the toolbar, select Add Calendar → From Internet.
4. Paste the link and click OK / Add.
5. Name it (e.g., “AOH – Freedom For All Ireland”) and click OK.
6. Outlook will now show the subscribed calendar under Other Calendars and sync it automatically.

Outlook Mobile (iPhone or Android)

Currently, the Outlook app does not let you add internet calendars directly. To add AOH calendars to your Outlook Mobile app:

1. First, subscribe to the calendar using Outlook Web (steps above).
2. Once subscribed, the same calendar will appear automatically in your mobile app after it syncs.

1. Click the Add to Google Calendar button next to the calendar you want.
2. Confirm when prompted (“Add Calendar”).
3. The calendar will appear under “Other calendars” in your Google Calendar app.
4. It updates automatically in real time — no further action needed.

1. Copy the iCal link from the table.
2. In your calendar app, look for an option like “Add calendar by URL” or “Subscribe to calendar.”
3. Paste the link and confirm.
4. The app will now stay in sync with AOH updates.
