Prayers for Past National President Joe Roche

December 29, 2019 By National Board

We mourn the loss of our Past National President Joe Roche. Joe was a dedicated Hibernian and held a variety of positions within the Order including National President (84-88). Joe was proud of his work as National Organizer, creating many new divisions across the US, including the first in Alaska. He spent much time before congress, testifying on behalf of a variety of Irish causes, a tireless advocate for peace in the North. He was a recipient of the prestigious Sean MacBride Humanitarian Award. You can read his full obituary at https://www.dignitymemorial.com/obituaries/bel-air-md/joseph-roche-8977004

Please join us in prayers for both Brother Roche and his family. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam (may he rest of peace).
