The Bell Ringers!!! – James C. Campbell Division 19 AOH, Lowell, MA

January 7, 2020 By National Board

from National Director Bill Sullivan …

As it has annually for the past fifteen years, the James C. Campbell AOH Division 19 of Lowell, Massachusetts participated in the annual Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign on Saturday, December 14, 2019.

On Saturday morning, December 14 members of Division 19 greeted shoppers in front of one of the city’s largest supermarkets in the area, Market Basket, and happily accepted donations on behalf of the Salvation Army. This nonprofit organization assists more than 4½ million people during the Thanksgiving and Christmas time periods in the United States.

Each year Division 19 members volunteer their time to give back to the community and do their part to help those in need. Since its involvement began, Division 19 has helped raise thousands of dollars to help benefit families in the Greater Lowell area.

Congratulations to the officers and members of Division 19 AOH in Lowell, Massachusetts for keeping this annual tradition alive, showing their civic pride and supporting causes like the Salvation Army Red Kettle Fundraiser. You make us all proud to be members of the oldest, largest and greatest Catholic organization in the United States, the AOH!
